Cruces Corn Creations — Triple C for short — serves handcrafted corn dogs, corny cheesesticks, cheeseballs, and other pop-up favorites with New Mexico-inspired flavors.
Every order is hand-dipped and made to order, so it comes out of the fryer hot and golden. Start with our original batter, or take it local with red or green chile batter.
